We ship from Commerce, CA and we can ship to the following locations:

Time Frames

In-stock orders usually take same day to 1 business days to fill. Larger sized orders may take longer. If items are out of stock, it can take from 1-5 business days to restock items. Once restocked, your order will ship immediately. If we cannot restock out of stock items from your order we may contact you to determine which course of action you would like to pursue (exchange for another item, ship without, cancel order).

Once your order has been shipped, time in transit can range from 1-9 business days depending on your location and/or shipping method you choose. Locations closer to our warehouse (Commerce, CA) will receive orders sooner than those further away.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track our package. If you do not receive a tracking number, you may contact us for one. Before doing so, please check your junk/bulk mail folders first. You can also alternatively log in to your account to access your tracking information.
If you have specific and urgent time requirements, please contact us immediately to make sure we can meet your timeline.

Returns

No restocking fees. No cancellations fees.

Unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise may be returned for any reason. Claims for returns of unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise must be made within 30 days of when the customer has received the order.

Damaged claims will usually need to be investigated. A claim will be filed with the freight carrier responsible for the damage. This process usually takes about two weeks to complete. In the mean time, we will ask whether you would like a credit or a reshipment. You will not be responsible for freight charges for re-shipments. Please do not discard anything from the damaged order. The freight carrier in which the claim will be filed against retains the right to inspect the package and will likely do so.

Please contact us via phone, email, or live chat for returns. Once approved for a return, you will be given a RMA # (return material authorization number) that you will affix either to the outside of the box or clearly inside the box.
We do not reimburse shipping charges. Return shipments are sent back at your own discretion. Please ship returns back with at least the same level of care and packaging that we shipped the items to you in. You may use any freight carrier you wish but we recommend you use the carrier that would be most affordable to you. We highly advise that you attain tracking information for your return package so that we may verify the package has been received at our location.

For credit card refunds, LACrafts.com will only credit back the original credit card used in the purchase.

Returning Items to our LACrafts.com Store

You can return your order to our LACrafts.com location. Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase. A valid identification card (e.g. drivers license) is required to process all returns and exchanges.

Ya que su orden se haya enviado, el tiempo en transito tomara entre 1-9 dias habiles dependiendo de su ubicacion y el tipo de envio que haya seleccionado. Lugares que esten cerca de nuestra bodega (Commerce, CA) recibiran sus ordenes mas pronto que de las ordenes cuales sean enviadas a estados mas retirados.

Ya que su orden se haya enviado, recibira la confirmacion de envio con el numero de rastreo de su paquete. Si usted no recibe el numero de rastreo de su paquete, contactenos para obtenerlo. Antes de hacerlo, por favor revise su correo electronico especialmente donde le llega su carpeta de basura/correo masivo. Tambien tiene la opcion alternativa de acceder a su cuenta para tener acceso a el numero de rastreo de su paquete.

Devoluciones

No hay sobrecargos por articulos regresados. No hay sobrecargos por cancelaciones.

Mercansia no usada, sin abrir, o defectuosas/danada puede ser regresada. Las reclamaciones para devoluciones de mercansia sin abrir o defectuosa/danada debe hacerse dentro los 30 dias en haber recibido la orden.

Reclamos por danos en general tendran que ser investigados. Una reclamacion se presentara a la compania de envio por el dano. Este proceso usualmente se toma 2 semanas para completar. Mientrastanto, se le notificara si desea un credito o una devolucion. Usted no sera responsable por el costo de envio. Por favor, no descarte nada de la orden danada. La compania de envio donde se enviara la reclamacion tienen el derecho de inspeccionar el paquete y es probable que lo hagan.

Por favor comuniquese con nosotros por telefono, correo electronico o live chat para devoluciones. Una vez aprobado la devolucion, le daran un numero de RMA (autorizacion de devolucion) que usted tendra que escribir en la parte exterior de la caja o claramente dentro de la caja.
